Vostrolife is known to offer its customer an Easy Exchange policy, we do not entertain any returns That means the buyer can raise a request for product exchange within 7 days of its delivery, in case there is a misfit in product sizing. However colors may look little different in the images and are not covered under this. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received in the original packaging along with its invoice/tags. Used product(s) will not be accepted for exchange. We also accept partial returns, you can raise a request for one or all products in your order.
How to Exchange?
The process that is to be followed by the 'Registered customers' is easy and listed as follows:
Order History > All Orders > Select Order and click on the "Exchange" button presented on the screen. Fill all the required fields and select the option of "Exchange". This will generate your Return ID and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id. Once your request is received and accepted by the customer care, we will arrange picking of the item(s) from you. We will initiate a replacement process only after receiving the product. Note:- Exchnage is subject to the availability of desired stock. In case when a replacement may not be possible, we will refund you the amount in the VOSTROLIFE Wallet which can be utilised in future ordering.
The 'Guest customers' who have not created an account at the time of order, however need to first register themselves/Create an account with the same mobile no. and email id used while ordering and follow the same steps as mentioned above for the registered users.
