Refund Policy

We at Vostrolife want each of our customers to love what they bought from us. Despite this, if you are still unhappy and dissatisfied with your purchase, you may either cancel the order or request a return. All the items purchased from website are fulfilled by us.

Please ensure to read the particulars and specifications of the offers and discounts thoroughly before buying the item.

An item is eligible for return if:

  • It was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • It has missing parts or accessories
  • It is different from what was ordered
  • It is different from its description on the product detail page on

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email communication and initiate the refund process. Rigorous follow-up and on-time delivery is our forte. Like we thrive to complete the shipment and processing of all the orders in a timely manner, we also ensure to implement the refund in time also. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided by you at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway is different, then refunds will be made to the same account within 24-72 hours.

Note: The customers will not get any refund for the damaged item as the company will provide store credit for the next purchases.
