I have not received my order confirmation. How will I get this?

Whether you subscribed or are in the process of placing the order, you get an option to enter your email address and verify it. Please make sure to enter the correct email address. Also, check the junk or a folder. Still, if you have not received an email, try repeating the process with a new email address.

When do you process a Refund?

As soon as we receive the package containing the order, and we verify the condition of the package, then the refund gets initiated.

How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?

Once the order gets dispatched from us, it takes nearly minimum 7-10 days to reach you. Rest depends upon the courier service to take time to deliver.

When does a Refund get declined?

A refund gets declined in many cases. One such scenario is when the returning order is not in the same condition, it was at the time of dispatching. Also, the refund might get declined due to unavoidable circumstances from the bank’s end also. In such scenarios, we advise connect with your bank.

I am unable to track my shipment. What should I do?

Normally you can track your shipment thru the website or the link that has been shared with you over the email. Or you can contact support for further help.

What if the customer is not satisfied with the Size/Color of the product?

If the customer is not satisfied with the size/color of the product the company can only provide exchange or replacement for the product. There is no provision of refund and all the reverse parcels will be chargeable.

What happens if the product is different from what was ordered?

The customers can immediately inform the company about the wrong product. The Company will take full responsibility for delivery of the wrong item. There is no provision of refund.

I haven't received my order/ Can I track my shipment?

Yes, of course, you can track your order. Once an order is placed, you will get an email regarding your recent purchase. The order tracking link is also provided in the email. Just keep the order number handy in order to track your order.

How do I track my order?

Your order can be tracked from either the website or thru the link you receive after placing the order in the email. You can go to the website again where you have placed the order and track it from there also.

How long does it take to process Refund?

It fairly depends on the bank process the refund. Normally it takes 24-72 hours.

How can I track the status of my Refund?

As soon as we initiate the refund, you will get automated emails and SMS. Even after if a refund has not reached to you, contact your bank.

Can I change the Shipping Address?

Yes, it can be changed by calling our support executives.

How will the company respond to the wrong orders placed by the customers?

Customers will be solely responsible for the wrong orders placed by them. They will fully bear the cost of reverse parcels/courier. There is no provision of refund or cancellation of the order in the company’s refund/return policy.

What if the damaged item is received from the company?

In the case of the damaged item, the company will take full responsibility for damaged products delivered to customers. The customers will not get any refund for the damaged item as the company will provide store credit for the next purchases. The customers can also send back product on their own via speed post/courier.

If you receive the extra item in your shipment from the company?

The customers can inform and return the extra item shipped along with the actual purchase.
